Jewelry by Jacque was established in June of 2021, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
I am Jacquelyn Riggs, the sole proprietor of Jewelry by Jacque and started with a handful of beads and silver wire, and a strong desire to create jewelry.
After time and education, I now hand craft beautiful earrings, pendants and rings, using precious metals and semi-precious/precious stones.
